What is QuickPiles?

QuickPiles is a B2B marketplace for aggregate materials. We connect buyers with local pits and haulers to make ordering sand, gravel, rock, and other materials as easy as ordering food delivery.

How do I place an order?

Browse available pits in your area, select the materials you need, choose a delivery window, and confirm your order. You’ll receive real-time tracking updates as your delivery is dispatched and en route.

How do payments work?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Material costs, hauling fees, and any applicable platform fees are shown at checkout before you confirm. Receipts are available in the app after each transaction.

How do I contact my driver or pit?

Once your order is confirmed, you can communicate with your assigned hauler and pit through in-app messaging. You’ll also have access to real-time delivery tracking.
